Reacting to the new Tata Nano, Shinzo Nakanishi, Managing Director of Maruti SuzukI India LTD said that they cannot go belo the 800 model, and would ont be able to produce a cheeaper car.

Suzuki will join the global car's band when it unveils its Suzuki A-Star Concept at New Delhi Motor Show. The concept car previews a future global car Suzuki intends to build in India at Maruti Suzuki's Manesar plant beginning in October 2008.

Swing over to eGMCarTech to read up on the hydrogen powered fuel cell car Honda just unveiled at the LA Auto Show. It’s expected to be hit the actual market next summer, getting 68 MPG and a range of 270 miles. The sales will be limited to three years leases at $600/month. eGMCarTech also has a big gallery of photos of the car.
